Beginner Level Class Structure
Here is my list of tricks that most people will be able to learn. It doesn’t mean they will be able to do them right away, but they should be fairly attenable.
- Half spin – Step around
- Forward two hand spin – Fireman
- Reverse lateral two hand spin – Back hook
