POLE – ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE: The first half of this tutorial using the prep for flag position is suitable for all levels if you can do a Basic pole climb and Crucifix. However, the Back spin requires both shoulder mobility and strength. If you have the ability to do Twisted ballerina then feel free to give this a try.
