  1. This is just what I need. I find flatline scorpio really scary and rarely practice it. I just can’t get stable if I try getting into it by sitting up from a gemini and switching my legs. This entry suits me far better. Thanks Veena! 🙂

  2. I have been working on flatline scorpio and one thing that is hurting is my ankle. Any tips on hooking that ankle on the pole? or is it just getting used to the pain and what not….

  3. I had to switch my account name because my paypal was connected with my maiden name and that threw off payments bahhh, but anyhow-I tried farther up on my calf and that helped! Now I am fighting trying to get into the allegra and not kill my side! #poleproblems
