    I worked out previously and I’ve been poling since 2018 and teaching since February of last year. I’ve been on a break from pole for almost 2 months though. The last class I taught was when I was 7 weeks. In between I’ve been walking, indoor biking and prenatal strength workouts

  2. Then as long as you’re cleared from your Dr or midwife yes 💜 Avoid planks as they can cause abdominal separation. You may have to modify a few things like superman, you could swap it out for bird dog
