e days a week.
It does…but the body remembers, I bet you’ll be back to it faster than when you started. 💜
Just finished my first lesson and wow I think I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! I have a bit of experience with pole dance (stripper style, but never took any proper lessons and don’t know any tricks really) but I haven’t done a proper workout since before the pandemic and I feel I’ve gotten soooo out of shape and just blech. Really looking forward to getting back into the groove of things and building up strength and energy. Thank you so much for all the work you put into this Veena!
Glad you had a great workout! Thankfully tomorrow is a light day 💜
Woohoo! Successful finished the full workout, sets and reps for the first time after a few tries 😄
💜
I’m starting over! But it was a good workout. Let’s see how far I get. My goal is to at least get to the intermediate level by the end of the year.
Reach out if you need some motivation or help 💜 Welcome back home ðŸ¡
Thank you!!
Starting over. The last time I went back to pole after a long break I hurt myself, much better to start again at the beginning!
Nothing wrong with stating over 💜 Let me know if you need anything 😊
I used to pole a little years ago but i got better at lyra… Im determined more then ever to get good at pole …. after some health issues and alot of years to recover I am finally well enough to start this journey!!! Wow, just checking out the redesign now. I love how the videos auto play and that it is now easy to cast the day’s videos to my TV! I used to have to do screen mirroring, this is much smoother and convenient- thank you Veena and webmaster 🙂
Glad you like it!!!! Spread the word ????????
Not so much starting over as I am filling in the gaps from when I started over in August. How much do I love all the lovely leg moves? <3
????????????????
😉
This starts so much more approachable than almost any exercise courses I’ve ever found for Pilates, Yoga, running, calisthenics without sacrificing technique. I have hypermobility so I definitely need this level of detail in order to prevent injury. I’m amazed and thankful at how affordable this is considering that you can usually only get instruction this good in physical therapy.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve worked hard to ensure that learning at home can be done safely while still being productive 💜
is there a checklist I can print out or track progress with not only lessons I’ve completed but the reps you suggested we track?
I suggest using a notebook for tracking sets and reps this way you don’t have to open and close apps or anything on your device.
yeah I like the paper idea for sure. just wondering if anyone can share photos on their notebooks for inspiration? ive never really done a great job of tracking
Of course you can share
Redoing the 30 day take off and looking forward to it 💗
Yay!!!!!
Holy moly, I cannot believe I could do so much of this as a total beginner. This is so much more informative than the class I took in person! Thank you very much for this! I cannot wait for tomorrow!
I’m so happy you had such success 💜
I haven’t poled in 10 years. I can’t believe it’s been so long. I have to start from scratch.
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been there. It’s tough to put yourself in the situation of new pole dancer when you’ve done it before. It’s hard at first, but the mind remembers so it comes back quicker than before. Even if it’s been years. Welcome back, you’ve got this!!!
PS if you need to vent I’m here 💜
