  1. Just finished my first lesson and wow I think I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! I have a bit of experience with pole dance (stripper style, but never took any proper lessons and don’t know any tricks really) but I haven’t done a proper workout since before the pandemic and I feel I’ve gotten soooo out of shape and just blech. Really looking forward to getting back into the groove of things and building up strength and energy. Thank you so much for all the work you put into this Veena!

  2. I used to pole a little years ago but i got better at lyra… Im determined more then ever to get good at pole …. after some health issues and alot of years to recover I am finally well enough to start this journey!!! I cannot waiiiit this first work out was so intense for me… I loved it and cannot wait to see my progress!

  3. Wow, just checking out the redesign now. I love how the videos auto play and that it is now easy to cast the day’s videos to my TV! I used to have to do screen mirroring, this is much smoother and convenient- thank you Veena and webmaster 🙂

  4. This starts so much more approachable than almost any exercise courses I’ve ever found for Pilates, Yoga, running, calisthenics without sacrificing technique. I have hypermobility so I definitely need this level of detail in order to prevent injury. I’m amazed and thankful at how affordable this is considering that you can usually only get instruction this good in physical therapy.

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve worked hard to ensure that learning at home can be done safely while still being productive 💜

      1. yeah I like the paper idea for sure. just wondering if anyone can share photos on their notebooks for inspiration? ive never really done a great job of tracking

  5. Holy moly, I cannot believe I could do so much of this as a total beginner. This is so much more informative than the class I took in person! Thank you very much for this! I cannot wait for tomorrow!

    1. If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been there. It’s tough to put yourself in the situation of new pole dancer when you’ve done it before. It’s hard at first, but the mind remembers so it comes back quicker than before. Even if it’s been years. Welcome back, you’ve got this!!!
