Today is an active rest day. Check your workout log do you need to increase your sets or reps? Today’s exercises are pretty straight forward, but if you would like to learn about the muscle groups your targeting click the links below.
Calf raises 1 set of 12-15 reps
Foot adduction 1 set of 12-15 reps
Foot exercise 1 1 set of 12-15 reps
Foot exercise 2 1 set of 12-15 reps
Foot massage Massage as long as you like
Hand strength exercises Do each exercise 6-12 times
Hand massage Massage as long as you like
Day 11 done, I’m surprised how much I enjoy rolling my feet and hands

I completed these in the morning and then played volleyball in the evening. I definitely need to take another rest day. My arms are so sore and so are some other parts of my body lol. Iรขโฌโขm going to do the pole massage that Veena provides.
The pole massage will be a nice relaxing time!
