Today you’ll be focusing on your Elbow or Forearm grips. Try them both or use whichever grip makes you feel most secure in Butterfly and Caterpillar. Remember you can leave a comment or question for me on any video and I’ll get back to you ASAP.
Begin today with the Shoulders and abs routine, this is your warm up.
Performance climbs 3 climbs, both sides
Butterfly Do as least 4 times on both sides (if comfortable) but no more than 10!
Caterpillar climb Do as least 4 times on both sides (if comfortable) but no more than 10!
Forearm flexor stretch Hold for 30 seconds
Forearm extensor stretch Hold for 30 seconds
finally made it to lesson 12 – yaaaa ! caterpillar climb is my nemesis though – lol – i can catepillar – but the climb – not so much lol ! onward and forward … thank you !
