Up and down scapula 1 set 20 reps
Elbow stand (prep) 10 times
Double or single pole climb 6 times
Invert 6 times, both sides
Inverted thigh hold 6 times, both sides
Inverted crucifix 6 times, both sides
Hold spin 2 times, on both sides
Tuck spin 2 times, on both sides
If you’re feeling nice and warm and you have time, work on the Active front splits routine.

I’m so amazed at how I feel like I’m not putting a lot of work and getting tired every day with the lessons but then I still manage to do all the pole work as required today! Impressive lesson structure! Thanks as always Veena ????
