Warm up with the Foot and ankle routine when working on the Foot points do 2 sets of 10 reps per side.
Drills for walking start at minute 5.

OMG this was a tough workout, more so than I expected. It exhausted me 😜😊
At the beginning I forgot to put my knee pads on but then I remembered when I realized how painful it is on my knees on tile floor.
I think I figured out my issue with walking on tile floor with my pole heels. They are too rubbery on the tile. I can walk in them for the most part except when I go to slide the toe part of the heel. It rubs on the tile and gets a little stuck. I actually made some rubber streak marks on the tile 🤣 Maybe I need to lift my foot up a little bit more and not put too much pressure on the floor when I slide. I also read that I could use sandpaper to smooth out the rubber of the sole. What are your thoughts? Thanks.
Hmmm I’ve never sandpapered my heels before so I could say if it would work. 🤔
Lucky you lol I think I’m going to avoid the sandpaper for now. I don’t want to ruin my shoes. I’m glad my heels keep me from sliding and bust my a$$ lol
