Day 13 Level 1
We worked on our walks at the beginning, now let’s try them again! No warm up is needed today. I suggest putting on your favorite music and working with all the walks putting them together. Or work on each walk for 30 seconds at a time before switching sides while listening to music. Do the same for the step behinds.

Tbh, I find walking around the pole difficult because I might be knocked kneed or bow-legged.

I noticed my pole walk is getting better. woo hoo. the step behind was the most challenge for me. Pole massage is the best!!!
