Day 13 Level 3
Today is full of combos and the School girl routine. Remember if you’re struggling to get the routine, no worries, these things take time and this program is a bit faster than the 30 day Take Off.
Feel free to bookmark any day so you can come back to it later.
I’ll have you begin the day with the Performance warm up.
Then move on to the School girl routine 2. Practice the Thigh rest and take a look at the Climb and hug move. Give these each 2 tries but no more than 10.
Finish with combos 10, 11, 12. Practice them 2-3 times but no more than 5.
Stretch!
Omg so much fun! Especially the school girl routine. I see an improvement with the transition from chair spin to back hook – yay me💃💃💃
I really didn’t like the beginner 10 combo…specifically the step behind and the pole turn. I couldn’t get those 2 moves right. Actually it was more the pole turn that I had the issue doing it smoothly. I just didn’t like the step behind.
That makes sense. I think step behinds are better for freestyle than routines.
MEOWCH. Thigh rest hurts on bare skin. . . I’m usually in sticky leggings but opted for booty shorts because it’s like 80 degrees in Houston! Definitely harder with my right arm on top. I’m in a bit of a fibromyalgia flare at the moment so my shoulders keep tightening up and I don’t quite get my hips stacked on that side. I’ll get it eventually.
On the other hand, the climb and hug was relatively easy. Amazing how dropping your butt makes all the difference.
Right?! Little tips make all the difference
It’s finally cool enough here in Florida to use my sticky legging now and then. Tho I prefer skin contact on the pole. Poor shoulders 😞
Chronic pain sucks but pole does help! It’s done quite a bit for my mobility.
That’s good, I’ve heard movement is helpful for fibromyalgia!
I spread this one out over. . . uh, several days. Holidays and the post-holiday doldrums have slowed me down, but it was good to throw on some music and either do these separately or string them together for a longer combo.
Hope you had a great holiday! Welcome back!
