How did your workout session go today?
Pole hold 1 Set of 3-5 Reps Remember to switch sides.
Pole shoulder press 1 Set of 3-5 Reps
Fan legs Pick one grip you feel most comfortable with and just use that grip today.
Shoulder slides 1 Set of 3-5 Reps Remember to switch sides.
Lateral pull downs 1 Set of 3-5 Reps
Press stretch Hold for 30 Seconds 1-3 times.
Shoulder clock stretch 1-3 times each side, remember to move slowly!
day 13 done, I feel like I had a better position for the shoulder press today

any suggestions for substituting the shoulder slides for something on a silicon pole?????? just getting ahead of my work out tomorrow gunna do todays soon!
Instead of slides just do a hold with a large distance away from the pole. Does that make sense?

I was finally able to do the fan kicks! The first time I started this program, I got a sudden pain in my right lat when I tried to do it. I think I’m getting the hang of it 🙂 although the split grip will need way more time lol
