Day 14 Ayesha
Today you’re going to start working on the Ayesha from a tuck!
Warm up then move on to Performance climbs 3 times (both sides for total of 6) Then practice your Ayesha staying in the tuck position at least 4 times but no more than 10 times. If you’re working both sides in Ayesha it would be 8 times and no more than 20 total.
and now i’m reached my nemesis – the opening your legs part – i may be here for a minute – lol!
Lol just remember they don’t have to be open wide, just out to the side

Nah, you gotta remind yourself it’s not any different than with the legs tucked. Stay tucked as long as you need to and always move slllooooowwwww

I got a tuck! Had to start/attempt the program 3 times, and I finally got my first tuck today 😀
