Ok, if you’re very new to pole and have not completed Beginner level 2 yet end this program here or feel free to start back at week 1 in this program. The coming weeks are not total beginner friendly and I don’t want you to feel frustrated with yourself. If you choose to keep going you can watch the tutorials and do what you can, but understand, they’re not for total beginners!
