Day 14 Invert
Today is an active rest day. You’ll be working on a few fun transitions and then you can relax with some (muscle release) foam rolling to finish your session, if you like. No warm up is needed.
Figure eight drags 2 sets 8 drags, per side
Hip circles 2 sets, 20 circles, per side
Sexy plie 2 sets, 20 plies
Sexy layback 15 laybacks
Muscle release options, massage as long as you like.
There weren’t individual lessons posted under, and because I was too lazy to hunt them down, I did your new Flow 1 routine since it haseems the same moves. I LOVE it. I’m forever grateful for your talent, patience & creativity that seems to be endless
