Standing V 6 reps, both sides
Hip flexor lifts 12 reps, both sides
Shoulder slide waves 3 reps, both sides
Hollow body 10 reps
Superman back 10 reps
Reverse shoulder mount from Invert to crucifix or from Reverse handstand to crucifix
