Today you’ll work on Aerial inverts! Beginners can follow along with todays drill as I have options for you to work on, no you will not be going upside down.

After today beginners are still welcome, however, from now on the focus will be on more advanced pole work. So you’ll need to replace some of the tricks with beginner appropriate pole work. Feel free to take notes but to not attempt the advanced pole work, just watch.
