Day 16 Take Off
Take notes if you learn anything helpful or interesting about stretching when you watch the Getting started stretching video.
For all stretches use the Passive method However, if you would like to take the time to try the other methods go for it, but keep the focus on Passive for today.
Flexy warm up Do this 2 times if needed.
Do 3 sets Hold for 10-30 seconds for all stretches.
