Today is all about the invert, whoot! I’m also gonna have you focus on lines paying special attention to your feet. Perform two sets each foot exercise. Start your session today with the Sexy legs and abs routine.

Floor invert Starts at minute 2:20
Invert 2-6 attempts per side

The legs and abs routine was fun & challenging. I enjoyed learning the brand new to me leg sequences. I am definitely noticeably stronger than on day one of the program and it’s such an awesome feeling 😀
