Day 2 Level 2
Yesterday was a busy day, today is an active rest day. Watch my Veena’s tips for Level 2 video and then work on the Scapula drill lesson. Do each of the drills 1 set 10 reps.
Enjoy your day off and remember, if at anytime you feel you need a full rest day, go ahead and take the day off, start back up where you left off the next training day.

I’ve actually been skipping spin versions because 1. I thought they were for more advanced dancers 2. I don’t know how to make my pole spin.
Is your pole supposed to spin?
It can spin. I just lost the wrench or whatever that makes it spin.
You can buy a set of them at a hardware store. They’re a hex wrench

I’m back and on day 2!! I think at times my form was off but I was able to correct for the most part. I’m going to start writing down the moves for routines in my notebook and when they come up again, write them on my whiteboard.

I did 1 hour yoga practice outside today…needed the stretching. watched todays Veena tips and did the scapula drill. Happy girl, happy active rest day 🙃
