Today watch my Veena’s tips for Level 3. Then work on the Flowmotion routine, finish with Barrel rolls, just for fun!

I’ve really come to enjoy how relaxing the Flowmotion stretches are. And after how sad today has been with everything going on, it was a nice way to forget for a moment and focus on my body. Thanks, Veena ๐

I always enjoy the flowmotion routine and my body always needs it. I did the barrel roll but skipped the reverse barrel roll…to much movement and I am trying to rest LOL

Day 2 complete loved the flow motion routine, barrel roll is ok but doing reverse grip slow is hard I can do the reverse grip spin but doing it half with feet on floor oh my ๐คฃ๐๐คฃ
Nice! Add heels while doing a barrel roll and then it’s even crazier!

It takes a bit of a different approach to accommodate the heel. I use to have a quick demo on my IG for this but it was on my old account (before I was hacked) so I need to re-upload!
