What excellent well rounded instruction that goes much deeper than just pole tricks but takes every aspect of good health into account. That being said, I’m happy today is a “rest day” lol!

It was good to get back on the pole. I haven’t been on the pole for a couple of months. Initially bc I had shingles for about 3 weeks and then I was unmotivated.

I ended up having to start this program over after straining my rotator cuff, and then getting Covid. Glad to be back working towards strength! Yesterday was challenging but I’m hoping to do things properly this time 🙂
