  1. Hmmm… first thank you for bringing attention to my elbows. I never realised before that my left elbow stays in place, but my right elbow tends to turn. So I added some simple “hand hovers” just to focus on keeping the elbows in place.

    But I feel like I lack something to get my feet up. I don’t quite know what, maybe flexibility, or strength or maybe fear is holding me back. Tomorrow I will film my attempts and ask my husband to help me. Maybe I’ll find out what my problem is.

  2. I did some major gardening today and it worked every muscle in my body! Whew! Love it, though. Gonna work on Day 20’s elbow stands tomorrow. Looking forward to it! I just like to write because it keeps me accountable! <3

  3. Just finished today’s lessons! I don’t remember The Stands Routine from before but I can def see how helpful it is in preparing for the Elbow Stands! My abs…Dear Lord, they still need a lot of strengthening, but they are getting better….Baby steps! I’m just glad I showed up today! 😆

  4. Oh! And I already see improvement in my elbow stand this time around! I was always so afraid to walk my feet toward the pole because it always felt like I was so far away, but I’m actually not! And then lifting my foot was scary, too, because it’s like, “Where is the pole?!” 😂 But I found it both times. Yay! 🥳💕😅
