Day 20 Caterpillar
Today is all about pole work again you’ll be warming up with Pole climbs. If it’s cold outside or in your pole space do this quick warm up before pole climbs.
Double climbs 7 times, both sides
Inverts 7 times, both sides
Inverted crucifix 7 times, both sides
Hold spins 2-5 spins, both sides
Tuck spins 2-5 spins, both sides
Caterpillars 5-10 tries
It’s totally ok if you can’t do a Caterpillar yet, this is practice!
Make sure you are tracking your progress so you can aim to do one or two more than the time before. If you have time and the energy try finishing with the Back mobility routine, or to save time simply do a quick full body stretch.
Whew this was a tough day for me. Sooo many inverts… 🙂 But what a great workout. Definately feels like my caterpillars are getting better. Thanks Veena!!!

Very tough day, managed to get through it. I’m able to do the caterpillar twice now! Looks like a caterpillar going down the pole lol. Couldn’t even push up when I started the program. Thanks Veena 🙂
