Day 20 Shoulder Mount
Today you’ll do a bit of pole work and then move on to shoulder mount practice, working on your technique. Now is also a good time to look back an any video you’ve taken to see how you’re progressing!
No warm up is needed.
Up and neutral scapula 15 reps
Inverted crucifix 3 times, both sides
Fan legs 3 times, both sides
Tuck spin 2 times, both sides
Carousel spin 2 times, both sides
Shoulder mount Train all options that are within you’re ability.
