Hi, I find the Booty movements really funny but I can’t do them very well. Maybe can you suggest some exercises in order to improve them? Thank you very much. I love your training programs.
If you go to the lessons directly (not from here) you will see related lessons that give you options to help.
Also not all booty lessons will have related lessons to work on. The biggest help is to do glute work before trying booty moves.
For the Booty Wiggle, I think I have the basic turning in and out motion down and I can do it fast… but I think I’m having trouble relaxing because it’s just not shaking that much lol. I feel comfortable and relaxed… not shy haha just not shaking…
Actually if I stand up straight it jiggles… somehow the action of bending over and sticking my butt out seems to keep my muscles tight… 🤔
When I do the Booty Pop it feels like I’m using muscles in my lower back and my lower back get tired lol! Is that a good sign that I’m doing it right or…

For the Booty Bounce, are you only squeezing the glutes or are you also tilting and popping the pelvis up like in the Booty Pop? So many fun booty moves yayyy haha
Yes, you’ll get the best bounce by being able to tilt the pelvis so the tailbone is up.
Whew! Super fun booty moves! I like how you have the conditioning routines mixed up, Veena, so whenever it’s a workout day, it’s not the same workout we just did. I appreciate the variety because even though it’s a previous recording I’ve seen, it’s not the IMMEDIATE last one. I’m getting better at The Hover which is a win. My left wrist is still feeling weak so I often have to modify my movements to accomodate it. Hoping I can build strength in it over time. Looking forward to building stronger glute muscles so I can really shake it! 😂

Also! I feel like I’m experiencing these micro changes that can feel like I’m making no progress at all, UNLESS I look back at where I started. Then I have to recognize the truth, which is that I AM improving. Sometimes that can be so hard to see on a daily basis. But I just keep coming back with the faith and conviction that OVER TIME, all of these small movements and small improvements I’m making day to day will EVENTUALLY lead to me having a stronger more fit body and that I’ll be able to really see major improvement one day on my pole journey. KEY WORD!!!! It’s a journey. I HAVE to keep reminding myself of that…ðŸ™ðŸ½ðŸ™ðŸ½ðŸ™ðŸ½
I’m to scared to try the booty moves – too much lumbar movement for my back yet I think. was interesting to watch the video’s though, I didn’t realize how much was involved in shaking the booty
