Day 22 Ayesha
Today you’ll be working on the Ayesha again! Warm up then for the Performance climb do 2-4 climbs on each side. The do 2-8 Caterpillars and Butterflies. Then try the Twisted Grip and Split Grip Ayesha at least 2 times but no more than 10! Remember that in Twisted grip the elbows are straight never bent!
