Day 22 Heels
Today start with the Lower body conditioning routine, this is the warm up. Then work on adding the last 30 seconds on the Beginner level 2 heels dance. If you can already do the full routine, continue to work on that. Keep your attempts under 10 times.
Finish with the massages and stretches listed. I’ve not included direct links today as I’m hoping you have an understanding of these by now. If anyone feels they would like them added please don’t hesitate to ask.
