Butterfly practice! If you’re an advanced dancer feel free to try all of the butterfly variations. Otherwise choose whichever Butterfly feels most secure. If you’re not familiar with how I teach Butterflies please watch the entire video for each tutorial. Here’s a link for the Express warm up.
