Today you’ll be working on lower body again. The Lower body routine will warm up your muscles and help you focus on improving leg lines. After your warm up move on to Handstand work. Choose whichever variation works best for you. Remember even if you can’t hold a handstand yet, kicking up toward the wall is a good place to start. Give your handstand at least 5 attempts but no more than 15 tries.
