Today’s focus is on chest and back. Don’t work on your invert in this session. However, if time allows finish with the Back mobility routine. Start with the listed exercises before moving on to the Chest and back routine.

Perform two set of 15 reps for each exercise. I have not listed direct links for today as I’m assuming you’re now familiar with these exercises. You don’t need wide rows and you can do this gripping the pole high if you don’t have an exercise band. If you find you would like them added, just let me know!
