The ticktock leg routine was fun! Took out my most raciest heels from far back in the closet😂 Some difficult moves in there, but great fun!

Good LORD them Tic Tock legs are killer, LOL! But I have noticed small improvement! I’ll be so happy when I can keep following along and not have to stop and take small breaks in between. Then I’ll really know I’ve improved! In the shoulder conditioning routine, I can also really feel the burn!
