30 Day Flow: Day 29
Tomorrow is the last day. Today you’ll run through all of the flow drills starting with number 1.
End this session with the Flowmotion routine, allowing your body to move slowly through each pose. Don’t rush, don’t overthink.
It was fun putting all these together! I just put a mirror in my pole room and that made it easier to understand what I actually look like; which was surprisingly, not silly.

Loved doing all the flows an it actually felt great apart from the split parts in flow 4 so I did attitude legs if that makes sense 😂😂😜 loving it an after tomorrow’s lesson I shall start the intermediate level 2 xx ❤️
