Day 3 Flow
Today we begin working on combos. Understand that if these combos are not challenging enough, you can choose something else from my routines section. The combos we’ll be using for this program start here with beginner and progress from there.
Start with the Flowmotion routine. Do your best to do the combos listed on working with both the left and right. Perform each combo twice on each side.
If you need help breaking down any of the spins or movements used in the combos click on the links below. These will provide you access to the full tutorial which includes it’s related tutorials.
Oh my word, I didn’t manage to record the routine on day one, so I decided to do it today after practising the combos. I don’t have the courage to look at it just now… Maybe later tonight 😛
Just remember it will improve 😉😉
Got very tired after 3rd combo… no energy at all for the last one… hope it will get better with time 🙂
It will and everything is just a gaol to aim for, not a have to. Make sure you’re tracking your workout days so you can see progress.
Thank you, Veena! and yes, I have my training log to track my progress 🙂 Love all your lessons and routines, thank you so much for helping me to get back in my form! Very grateful each time after my training!
Omgeee!! I got so tired after practicing Combo 1,2,3 .. it took 4 hours .. so I ran out of steam to do Combo 4. I will attempt that combo later. Enjoying this program so far .. 💜
Oh boy, why did you go for 4 hours???
I didn’t plan on doing 4 hours .. I just got lost in trying to get the combos right. 😠I lost track of time.. maybe that means I was really determined… having a good time… or stupid?! 😆
Ohhhh, I was worried you thought you had to workout that long!! 🤩
😆 I am the kinda person that lose track of time in whatever i’m Doing as long as it holds my interest. 🤗
I’m the same! I can easily tell my husband I’m going to pole for an hour and come out 2+ hrs later. It’s so easy to lose track of time when you’re having fun. But, a lot of that time is spent reviewing the lesson or videos, so it’s not a straight amount of time
OMG!!! That was challenging! It seems that separately they are not as hard, but together my brain was not following it hahaha keep practicing I guess.
I’m having trouble transitioning. I can do them separate but what do you mean by push with the leg, which leg?
Which video are you referring too?
Next time reply here on the video not to the email notification this way I can get back to you right away. Replying to an email, means it goes to someone else first. 🙂 For the First combo you push off with the shin of the leg that’s on the pole for extra momentum.
Sorry if this is a silly question but I have the same issue as bdipman 7757, how do I transition from fireman to backhook? Very first combo. I wish I could slow your video down, watched it a hundred times but I don’t get it
It’s easier to help you if I can see a video of you trying. Be sure you can do both moves easily before putting them together. This program is about flow so if you’re not at the level of doing spin combos that’s ok. The goal is flow. You can substitute any combo for one that fits your level.
