  2. 30/30 days! I’m so happy I made it through. Just took a few extra rest days when my body was telling me to and maintained consistency even on days I didn’t want to. I am so proud of my discipline. Thank you for this challenging but managing program Veena! I am ready for the 30 day take off program now!
