Well done on completing the take off program! Are you feeling stronger? I’d love to hear from you. I’ve included a static pole beginner routine but if you don’t feel ready for the routine, no worries I’ve included it as an option. For today work on the pole moves I’ve listed instead of the routine if you don’t feel ready. If you do feel ready, just work on the routine.

I really like this style of program that balances training with skill work. I’m mainly doing pole for fitness and I definitely feel like I’m building up strength and endurance. Looking forward to the next level!
