Day 5 Caterpillar
Today you’ll be focusing on pole work.
Here are your sets and reps along with direct links to all tutorials use in the related lessons. If you can’t do all of the suggested reps, no worries, just make sure you write down how many you did do. Then you can aim to do more next time.
Up and down scapula 20 reps
Elbow stand (prep) 10 attempts don’t worry this is just practice!
Double pole climb 6 both sides.
Invert 6 times on both sides.
Inverted thigh hold 6 times on both sides.
Inverted crucifix 6 times on both sides.
Hold spin 2 times both sides/directions
Tuck spin 2 times both sides/directions
Finish by stretching to maintain using the listed stretching tutorials or your own stretches. Be gentle and hold for about 30 seconds.

Yeah, this 57-year-old cannot complete ALL of the reps. I’ll have to work up to that! That said, I love this program. It’s an awesome workout!
That’s not trouble at all, I don’t expect most to do all of them. Just keep track of how many you did so you can improve on it next time. ðŸ˜
