Day 5 Flow
Today we focus on movement, there is no pole work. Please take time to watch the entire Veena’s Tips For Flow and Movement lesson. Then run through the breathing and movement drill at the end.
Finish with the flowmotion routine. Do your best to move with your breath.
Veena, watched the Tips! Very helpful, I like the transition from small movements to progressively “owning” more of the space and how that feels – arms especially are tough for me because I’ve got long arms and I’m not used to taking up that much space, haha! Will try to integrate this into my day.
Yeah, taller people tend to feel odd dancing BIG! 😊

WOW! This is another amazing video. I think I’m starting to get it. After watching the tips, I feel relaxed and loving myself. I think it is a great tip for future practices. I definitely get in the mood for practicing a routine after some breathing exercises and drills. By the way when I heard the word drill, I freaked out hahaha it was a nice surprise though.
