  1. Doing this program at the moment to strengthen my weaker side. I like the active rest days. The hip waves are so beautiful, reminds me of my time I did belly dance 🙂

  2. Really enjoyed this though I’m unable to touch my toes so trying to lay on my thighs is impossible at the moment I used to do alot of weights so have tight hamstrings too, would I benefit from yoga to help with this too, I’m basically wooden! X

  3. That’s normal, it’s not necessary to touch the toes. Just keep working within your abilities and you’ll see improvement if you keep at it.
