Yesterday you focused on your upper body, today you’ll target the lower body.

Start with the Dragonfruit dancing routine as the warm up. Then move on to trick practice starting with Pole kicks, Pole climb, Pole sits and Fancy crucifix. Give all of these moves at least 3 tries, but no more than 10.

Now move on to the level 2 pole kicks and waves routine. Run through this routine 1 – 3 times but no more than 10!

Finish with these stretches Flowmotion lunge and Press stretch.

  1. That was great thanks . Was a bit tried tonight as I had a 12 hr shift today . Wasn’t able to stand up after getting my legs to the front of the pole for climb but I just focused on getting my hold right and squeezing the pole between my knees . I think my body was saying leave it there for tonight lol

  2. Morning, Veena Boo! Missing this pole community! I started taking my pole down to see why it wouldn’t spin a week or so ago, and the nails are rusted and stripped, so I’m trying to secure a new extension so I can put it all back together and get it spinning. I have an email out to the company to see if they can help me with a replacement. I’ll be back as soon as I can! 💜💜💜

  3. Hiiii!!! I’m getting so tired of waiting for these pole people about getting my pole fixed. I think I just want to come back and work on the floor work and chair work and all the other things that I can do. I really haven’t been taking advantage of all of the other lessons that you have available. I just got so stuck on poling because I was in the middle of the lessons but, I just need to get back into this studio. Just going to be searching for the best time for me during the day. Really looking forward to it 💜. I freaking miss it here, man!
