      1. Yes I’m really realising how much upper strength I’m going to have to develop before I move on to the intermediate lessons. My boyfriend kindly bought me a pull up bar ha ha..So I’ll add that into the mix from now on. Just wondering in regards to the single arm cheat or twisted ballerina entry- what are the best ways to condition for that? I get confused, which I’ll over come with practice but I seem to loose strength before I figure out the trick. Thanks!

        1. Ok for the ballerina, it’s not a beginner level trick but even as a beginner you can work towards it. My VIP plan for ballerina is a week long plan that targets/conditions all of the muscle groups and includes the skills you’ll need to know before working on this. I know a lot of people who are beginners use ballerinas but I don’t feel it’s safe. They often end up with shoulder or back pain because their bodies aren’t ready. It’s most common for them to do ballerina on spinning pole because it feels “easy” but when/if your shoulders aren’t ready that when problems pop up.
