Day 5 Take Off

Forward and back scapula 1 Set 12-15 Reps
Internal rotation 1 Set 12-15 Reps
External rotation 1 Set 12-15 Reps
Front raises 1 Set 12-15 Reps
High rows 1 Set 12-15 Reps
Beginner pole walk Try this 5 times per side (left and right arms).
Hip circles Try these for a minute each direction.
Tush push Try this at least 5 times but no more than 10.
Forearm flexor stretch Hold for 10-30 Seconds.
Forearm extensor stretch Hold for 10-30 Seconds.
day five done.
O man, those tush pushes are a bit difficult on the hard floor! I’m sure it just takes some toughening up lol- I’m determined! 😌
You could lay a yoga mat down or blanket! Knee pads are super helpful for floor work too.
So are the first several days of this take off program just stretches and exercises? Or am I missing something.
