Today is a full rest day. Today is a good time to watch the Veena’s Tips for Shoulder mounts again. Just watch and take notes if you like.

When you go to attempt your first Shoulder mount I recommend recording your first full should mount practice so you can look back and see how you’ve improved. I can’t stress how helpful and encouraging this is.

  1. Great tips!! One question.. Is the sweeping leg the outside leg and the pole resting on the opposite shoulder to the sweeping leg? So if I was to sweep with my right leg.. the pole should be resting on my left shoulder by my neck? Just asking… 😉 Don’t spank me yet.. I will stay low till I feel comfortable … if ever!😂

  2. Lol 🖐️ it’s preference..I’ve done either. If your doing certain things like spinning sm on static you’ll need to you a “correct” leg. I’d say try both sides!
