Day 9 Level 1
Today is an active rest day so let’s start with the Performance ready warm up!
Work on each floor trick the Floor roll, Leg waves, Smooth hip thrusts, Leg show and Side leg show, 6 times each side/direction or try doing each of the moves for a minute for an extra challenge! I don’t suggest doing floor rolls for a minute, you’d be dizzy!
The program is so great, I find move that I’ve never tried before! The floor roll is such a cool and fun move to try! I’m so glad you did those programs, I’m workung trough those (although I had to kick me a bit because first I thought: Oh I’m already intermediate, should I really do all the beginner programs??) But hell yes, I’m glad I’m doing it, it helps to smooth out moves we brainlessly doing all the time without beein aware what we are doing. And the moves I discover I’ve never tried, like the floor roll!

I made it to floor work day! A fun day. I find floor work challenging but I love it so much. It’s so pretty. I do think I need to work on my quad strength and flexibility for it, though. Would that help?
It would help, but we will be working on it anyway. It’s only day 9 of level 1. You’ll get there.

Well that was funky and clunky – lots of hip clunks which i assume is normal . I really pushed those hips but it was fun !
If you have hip cluncks try adjusting the position of your pelvis. That can help
