This “spin” is more of a slow descent to the floor. It’s a nice trick for beginners to work on because you do keep one foot on the ground. However, it’s not “easy” it can still be a challenge to understand the mechanics as there’s a lot to remember. Don’t get frustrated if you can’t figure this one out right away. Take it in steps! Choose the grip and leg position that feels best for you! Don’t stress if it doesn’t look just like mine.
