Here’s nice exercise to strength your hands. Remember keep your fingers spread wide and place even pressure throughout the movement. Choose whichever variation allows for controlled and comfortable movement for your body. This should not be painful on the hands. Until you become very strong the focus will be on the hands and fingers.

Suggested sets and reps 3-12 Reps 1-4 Sets. 3 times per week.
