Phoenix, I remember when I was working on the inverted floor split and kept falling over, I knew there had to be a way to make something cool looking, basically I wanted to do a jade on the floor! I finally got it worked out and when I used it in a live performance in Michigan everyone was like, oooohhh, and it had a good deal of applause! That was years ago and now it has all kinds of names and everyone uses it. However, now that I’m more familiar with yoga, I’m pretty positive what I came up with was not new in anyway, but it was new to me! lol

  3. I just bought your lessons, and I already have 4 new moves to show!!! I have a question, would you ever consider doing a video on using your wall bars? I have a set, but I really don’t know how to use them effectively. I would love to see you do a workout on them!!!
