Foot To Head ADVANCED
Back bending stretch: This is an advanced stretch that I have found helpful in working on reaching my foot to head. This is also great training for ballerina on and off the pole. Please refer to the related lessons below the main player for more in-depth instruction. This is not a beginner stretch.
Muscles Lengthened: QUADRICEPS / HIP FLEXORS / ABS / CHEST / SHOULDERS / SPINAL MOBILITY

For a super beginner who can’t even comfortably get into this stretch, what do you recommend I can work on before getting to this stretch lol thanks!!
