FREE Forearm Sit Tutorial

Once you can accomplish a Pole sit and have a solid Pole hold you can begin working on this move. Sometimes you may need to adjust the positioning of the top hand, placing the hand higher or lower. It will be different for every person and that’s ok. As I mention in the tutorial, you’re not actually sitting on the wrist!

NOTE: If this bothers your hand/wrist then come back to it once hand and forearm strength has improved. This is a fun trick but not one you must know, if you want to skip it that’s ok.

  2. Is it okay to bring the wrist under the “lower cheek” instead? Something clicked for me while practicing and I’ve been able to get it that way, watching this video back I realized you state to do it the other way a couple times

    1. As long as you donโ€™t feel any strain on the wrist you can place it wherever it works best. We all have different sized butt and arm lengths so placement can vary.
