As I mentioned in the previous video I suggest working through this whole class again for the best results. Two to four weeks is a nice goal.
I don’t recommend focusing on only the front splits for more than five weeks at a time. Our bodies are very connected so doing flexibility work for other areas is just as important to maintain balance!
Use today as a full rest day before starting this class over.
